You will find many activities such as an outdoor pool, paly area for children, soccer etc.. Points négatifs: This hotel was a huge disappointment. First of all they promote rooms that dont reflect a reality. We payed for Deluxe Room but we got Superior instead. Old one. Carpet was used and with two chewing gums on top, room smelled like cigarettes every single time we went in. Bathroom was old fashioned and exactly like on the pictures they promote for Superior rooms and not Deluxe. Room was definitely not Deluxe as they promote-we had to call to get slippers, bathrobes.. Coffee machine was not even there, just kettle. Even though we complained we never got one. Also wanted to change our room but hotel was full and when one room was free, we would have to wait again but we already had our trips planned ahead. Had to pay for Deluxe still. The worst part was system of closing the room. It never worked properly and we had to try many ways to lock our room every single time we left. Then one day we got back from our trip and even though we closed our room when we left, the door was opened! Probably somebody from housekeepingdidnt closed it priperly. All day so if someone wanted, they could steal all our stuff since you can get in the elevator and halls from the street. This hotel is definitely not 4 star experience. 3 stars maybe. Definitely not 4. The residence Pierre Vacances Heliotel Marine is located in the seaside resort of Saint-Laurent-du-Var situated between the sea and hills. 100 meters away you will find the beach and 10 kilometers the city center of Nice. The residence enjoys an exceptional location in a quiet residential area, face to the marina.
